  • We had a problem with two toilets being very sluggish. I found Spectacular on this web site by searching on Google, and was very impressed with the other reviews. I read them all, as I wondered since they were all 5 star, if they had been machine-generated, but I decided they looked genuine. I spoke to Neil on the phone, and he got Dave out to us by early afternoon (it wasn't actually an emergency as we had a 3rd working toilet). Dave found that the drain at the back of the house was blocked probably behind our next-door neighbour's, but cleared the blockage and the toilets are now all working fine. Very efficient and effective service - the guys are polite and very informative and helpful. We will go to them first next time we have a plumbing or drainage problem.
